Managing Content with Forms
This our main area of expertise. Using a WordPress plugin called Formidable Forms, we enable you to build and manage content using forms and views that we pre-develop for your web site.
Filling in a form
These forms are responsive so you can complete the forms whilst on site with your mobile device. Any picture fields on the form can be single pictures or picture galleries and easily added directly from the camera on a smartphone or selected from a stored location.
Dynamic Content

With a WordPress plugin called WooCommerce you can create and sell products.

Booking System
We can build a booking and reservation page on your site.
With this feature, you can set the availability, prices or information -however you want- by day or by night. What your clients will see is an intuitive front-end interface, where they have the option to select the period, what services to book and to complete their information, before sending a reservation request.
Bookings can be for Days or Hours and Minutes.

The reservations can synchronise with a Google Calendar.

A Home Page Slider is a sliding set of images or videos at the top of your home page.
These can be overlaid with text and the text can link to a relevant web page.

Terms and Conditions
Ordering a New Website
Orders can be made over the phone, via email or via the web site.
We accept new website orders under the following conditions:
- At least 50% of the quoted development charge is paid for upfront.
- The web site maintenance plan has been setup and we have received the first payment. This is a recurring monthly or annual payment which is setup via a payment form you will receive by email or by an order placed online.
The balance of the web site development payment will be due within TWO weeks of the web site completion.
The intellectual property of your new web site remains the property of Vine Web Services until all amounts owing for the development are paid.
We can then provide site login information and training on the use of the website for adding and editing content.
